Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Jeff E. Moxley, DDS
Dr. Moxley attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Following this he was accepted into and completed the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Washington. As a part of his training he studied in The Netherlands for several months. He relocated to the Las Vegas region in 1997. Since then he has developed an interest in Craniofacial surgery/Cleft Lip and Palate. He was asked to serve on the Southern Nevada Cleft/Craniofacial team and has volunteered on this team for over a decade. He is active in taking trauma call for over 15 years at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada and St. Rose Dominican hospitals. Dr. Moxley enjoys teaching and devotes a significant portion of his time to be on faculty at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, Roseman University Department of Orthodontics, and the Plastic Surgery faculty and Otolaryngology Department of the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
Dr. Moxley is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, International Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, American Board of Dental Anesthesiology. He is licensed to practice Dentistry in Nevada as a specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also licensed to perform general anesthesia in his office. He is a member of multiple local, regional and national societies. He also attends several meetings each year for continuing education in his specialty.
Dr. Moxley is the proud father of 5 children. When not working, he can frequently be found driving to and from and watching his children in their activities. He is also an avid mountain biker and skier.
